I am Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, and Nidra-trained. In my 15+ years of personal yoga practice, I've witnessed a beautiful evolution within myself. This transformation has also left its mark on my teaching style, guiding me towards gentler, more intuitive explorations of body, breath, and movement. I've developed a deep affinity for classes that foster a profound connection to the self and breath.
